Returns / Exchanges

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

• After we review your claim, we will provide instructions for return/exchange or issue a refund at our discretion.

• Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging (unless otherwise approved).

• If approved, shipping costs for the return will be covered by us if the issue was our error (defect or damage). Otherwise, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

• Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of returned goods for processing the refund or exchange.
  

Shipping & Delivery

• We make every effort to ship your orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (if international), or unforeseen events.

• We are not liable for delays once the carrier has accepted the package for delivery.

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery or document the damage and contact us right away.

Damages After Delivery

• If your product is damaged after delivery (due to handling, storage, or other causes), please contact us within 14 days with photos and a description. We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• We cannot accept liability for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or natural deterioration of consumable products.

Limitations & Disclaimers

• Consumable products (e.g., mixes, food items) should be stored and used according to the instructions on the packaging. Improper use or storage may void the return or damage policy.

• Except where required by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

• This policy is governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
